Aliadriatica was an airline based in Italy. It was established in Pescara in 1983 to operate as a flying school and provide air-taxi services, and subsequently regional scheduled services.

In 1988 Gruppo Toto, one of the leading building and civil engineering groups in Italy, became the majority shareholder. In June 1994, Aliadriatica bought a Boeing 737-200 and began medium-haul scheduled and charter services.
