Auderset - conventional wisdom.jpg

Alain Auderset (born October 27, 1968 in Grenchen, Switzerland) is a Swiss Christian author of comic books. He lives in Saint-Imier, Switzerland with his wife, Eliane, and their four children, Séphora, Silas, Océane and Benjamin. He also takes part of the music band Saahsal where he is the guitarist and his wife is the singer.

When he was a child, Alain Auderset was collecting papers for recycling. One day, he saw comic books "Tournesol" that someone was throwing away and he kept them and read them. In these magazines, he discovered God and was converted to Christianity. Later, passionate by drawing, he took an education of graphist and begun to draw comic strips. In 2001, he published his first book Conventional Wisdom. This first one was followed by Marcel (2004), Robi (2005), Conventional Wisdom II (2006) and Willy Grunch (2008). Nowadays, he is auto-edited and has sold more than 80'000 books.

His first comic book, Conventional Wisdom, was translated in six languages: German, English, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese and Danish.
