Alacranes de Durango is a Mexican football club, currently playing in the Mexican Primera A.

The Football Club, Durango Scorpions, was born in 1958 put on second division.

In 1992 was integrated to private initiative during four years.

Later, in 1996 up to date, the Football Club Alacranes de Durango go to the state government administration.

The first tournament was a satisfaction since being a new team on the state had all the support of duranguense fans; qualified to play-offs, so the seats of the Francisco Zarco stadium total came to be filled.

The directive gave an own indendity to team, The traditional green and white colors,wearing them on trainings, like on concentrations and games; That's why intendified with the team, taking available to the fan, souvenirs, key chains and banners with the logo of the team.

Other of the good decisions from the directive was the creation of Casa Club that start on a par with the team, which had one room for each player and served for concentrations prior to the meetings.

Since the creation of the team, the directive have been creating infant teams, youth and two who are called “piloto” (pilot) off strategically in different parts of the city.

Currently, it counts with basic forces team, third division, professional second division; youth a and b; As well as primera "A".

For this tournament this team has been integrated by more than 30 players who have played on college leagues, Second Division, Primera "A" and first division.
