Alittihad (Arabic: الإتحاد ‎) is a Libyan football club based in Bab Ben Geshier -Tripoli, Libya. They have won the Libyan Premier League fifteen times, the Libyan Cup six times and the Libyan SuperCup eight times. They are the current league champions of the end of the Libyan Premier League 2008-09.

Alittihad became the first Libyan club to qualify for the semi-finals of the CAF Champions League in 2007, where they lost to eventual runners-up Al-Ahly 1-0 on aggregate.

Al-Ittihad Club was founded on Saturday July 29, 1944 after a merger between two clubs Al Nahda & Al Shabab, Mohamed Al-Krewi (Arabic: محمد الكريو‎) was the founder and first president[1].

Al Ittihad is one of the most well supported football clubs in Libya. They held the record for the highest attendance in the CAF Champions League 2007, The Nickname of Al Ittihad Fans is (RED Aurora Supporters) & (Tehaa Supporters).

The crest pictured here is the old crest that was in use. The current one (pictured at the top of the page) replaced the old one in 2003 (a star was added) after the club's 10th league title.

Alittihad play their home games at the 11 June Stadium, 6 km from center of Tripoli. They share the 80,000 capacity ground with Ahli Tripoli FC. The club owns the 5,00 capacity 7 October Stadium, previously called Al Mala'b Al Balade (Arabic: الملعب البلدي‎). Located in central Tripoli, the ground is now used for training.
