Akelare is a restaurant in San Sebastián, northern Spain, that has achieved three Michelin Guide stars. Akelare opened in 1974. The restaurant is known for their local seafood. [1] Its owner-manager is Pedro Subijana, who grows a number of herbs outside the restaurant for use in the kitchen.
