This is a Spanish name; the first family name is Ocio and the second is Carrión. Aitor Ocio Carrión (born November 28, 1976 in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Álava) is a Spanish footballer currently playing for Athletic de Bilbao in Spain's first division, as a central defender. His main assets are good defensive positioning and a no-nonsense attitude.
[edit] Club careerOcio made his debuts in the Spanish first division with CA Osasuna during 2000–01, after second level spells with SD Eibar and Albacete Balompié, then came to prominence with Basque side Athletic Bilbao. He would then join Sevilla FC on a three-year deal,[1] playing a somewhat important part on a squad that won four titles (one Spanish Cup, two UEFA Cups and one UEFA Super Cup) in two seasons. During his four-year spell, he was the Andalusian's vice-captain, behind Javi Navarro, and had a best personal output of 23 matches and two goals during 2005–06. In July 2007, Ocio returned to Bilbao, playing 27 matches during his first season, as the Basques finished mid-table.
