The company started its operations in 1975 and still continues expanding its network with plans to operate civil passenger services between Hyderabad Airport to Karachi and Lahore respectively.

The company traces it beginnings to 1972, where the airline was originally called Agricultural Aviation. The airline operated a variety of small equipment on various charter operations especially to various National and Multinational Oil, Gas and Exploration companies in last three decades. In August 2007, the airline received approval for rights to operate passenger services with its newly inducted Fokker F-27.
