This article is about Ahmed Tevfik Pasha. For Tewfik Pasha, khedive of Egypt, see Tewfik Pasha.
Ahmed Tevfik Pasha (11 February 1845 - 8 October 1936) (Ottoman Turkish: احمد توفیق پاشا) was the last Ottoman grand vizier, who had also held office during two different periods before his last (a total of four different periods officially since his first office also saw a change of sultan). This first office was from 13 April 1909 to 5 May 1909 under Abdulhamid II in the beginning, and then under Mehmed V Reşad. His two other prime ministries were between 11 November 1918 - 3 March 1919 and 21 October 1920 - 4 November 1922, in the interval of which Damat Ferid Pasha held office. Ahmed Tevfik Pasha's first period of office was one of the direct outcomes of the 31 March Incident. He died on October 8, 1936 in Istanbul and was interred at the Edirnekapı Martyr's Cemetery.
