CJSC "Aeroflot-Cargo" (Russian: ЗАО «Аэрофлот-Карго») is a fully owned subsidiary of Aeroflot-Russian Airlines which founded on 26 October 2005 and was incorporated on 19 April 2006.[1][2] It is the second largest cargo airline in Russia, behind Volga-Dnepr subsidiary AirBridge Cargo.[3]. In June 2009 the shareholders of Russia’s flagship air carrier, Aeroflot, have decided to declare the company’s cargo subsidiary, Aeroflot Cargo, bankrupt. [4]
