Adrien Carlton Clarke (born March 26, 1981 in Cleveland, Ohio) is an American football guard who is currently a free agent. He played college football at Ohio State and was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the seventh round of the 2004 NFL Draft.
Clarke has been a member of the New York Jets and Baltimore Ravens.

A backup for two seasons, Clarke was cut by the Eagles prior to the 2006 season.

Clarke played with the Jets in 2007 before being waived on February 26, 2008.

On May 16, 2008, Clarke was signed by the Baltimore Ravens, but was released on August 30.
