Adam Pattison (born 5 March 1986) is an Australian rules football player for the Richmond Football Club taken at Pick No. 16 in the 2004 NAB AFL Draft. Originally drafted as a centre half forward, Pattison primary plays in the ruck in a supporting role to Troy Simmonds.
Injuries to Troy Simmonds and Trent Knobel forced Pattison to shoulder the responsibility of being Richmond’s No. 1 ruckman for much of last season and, despite often being out-muscled and undersized in the role, he refused to drop his head. Played 18 games, fast-forwarding his development and impressing the Tigers’ coaching staff in the process. In time, could become a fine centre half-forward and relieving ruckman.
