Adam "Mad Dog" MacDougall (born 8 May 1975 in Sydney, New South Wales) is an Australian professional rugby league player for the Newcastle Knights in the National Rugby League (NRL) competition. His position of choice is centre, but he can also play as fullback or on the wing.

MacDougall has already enjoyed a long and successful career with the Knights, having played with them from 1996 to 2003 before switching to the South Sydney Rabbitohs. He also previously played for the Sydney City Roosters, with whom he made his debut in 1995. Adam's brothers, Luke MacDougall and Ben MacDougall, have also previously played in the NRL.
