Accuris Networks is an Irish privately-held telecommunications software solutions company, headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. Accuris Networks specialises in Mobile-Roaming Inter-Working and Fixed Mobile Convergence solutions. Accuris Ltd. was established in 1997, as a joint-venture between telecommunications operators Telecom Eireann and KPN/Telia. It was acquired by former executives of Aldiscon in 2002 including Aldiscon-founder Gilbert Little and Larry Quinn. The company was renamed Accuris Networks in 2006, focussing on roaming, service-provisioning and Lawful Intercept solutions. Accuris Networks has made its name in mobile-service roaming, producing the first GSM-to-CDMA handoff solution in 2004. By augmenting its core product AccuROAM with a SIP stack, Accuris provides a service gateway that allows carriers to extend mobile services to any IP-based network. Since AccuROAM was designed primarily as a roaming solution allowing customers seamless service across any mobile network, seamless voice, data and SMS are supported. They are extended across Wi-Fi and WiMAX networks, limited only by the radio capabilities of the phone. [edit] Board of directorsCurrent members of the board of directors of Accuris Networks are:
