Accidentally on Purpose is a pop-rock album by Deep Purple members Ian Gillan & Roger Glover, released in 1988.
The phrase, an example of an oxymoron, was first used by Sydney Owenson in Memoires of Lady Morgan (1861),[1] and is also the title of a 2005 short film.[2]
