AEPROSER (Asociación Española de Sociedades de Externalización de Procesos y Servicios para Entidades Financieras y Corporaciones), the Spanish non-profit organization of companies devoted to financial outsourcing, was set up in 2003 and comprises some of the international top firms for the mortgage management, a sector where the members hold high figures in several domestic markets^[1].

Plataforma Aeproser is an IT tool designed to convey documents, exchange information among financial entities, outsourcers, land appraisers, notaries, registries, tax authorities. Moreover the association is an active participant in the international process to draft the quality standards in the field of the outsourcing, and a think-tank for sector-specific studies^[2].
