A. D Buck Museum of Science and History is a museum in Tonkawa, Oklahoma located on the campus of Northern Oklahoma College. It was founded in 1913 by C. E. Johnson who was a biology instructor at the college. One of his courses was taxidermy, this led to many of the early specimens in the museum. Originally housed in Wilkin Hall prior to its burning in 1914 and then was housed in North/Harold Hall until 1968 when it moved into its own building.

A. D. Buck was the director of the museum from 1930s until 1966. During his time it was named Yellow Bull Museum after a Nez Perce chief. In this time it also held collections of both scientific and historical items. When A. D. Buck retired the museum was named after him in his honor.
