Partially inspired by the film, The Bucket List, 69 Sexy Things 2 Do Before You Die highlights sexually-themed activities that every couple "must do" before they kick the bucket. Profiled segments have included massages, naked scuba diving, caribbean lovemaking, and bachelor party essentials.

There is no actual host of the show. Narrators and couples guide viewers through each segment (usually 2 per episode), demonstrating how each activity should properly be carried out. Afterwards, website links are displayed for those who wish to follow up on the profile they just saw.
