The 2003 Football League Cup Final was the final match of the 2002–03 Football League Cup, a football tournament for teams in the Premier League and the Football League. The match was contested by Liverpool and Manchester United at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff on 2 March 2003. Liverpool won the match 2–0.

Liverpool opened the scoring with a goal from Steven Gerrard in the 39th minute, his shot deflecting off David Beckham. In the second half, Michael Owen sealed the victory when he ran through to score the second in the 86th minute.
