The 1969 Federation Cup was the 7th edition of what is now known as the Fed Cup. 18 nations participated in the tournament, which was held at the Athens Tennis Cub in Athens, Greece, from 19-25 May. The United States defeated Australia in the final, giving the USA their 4th title.
