Bay Radio is an Independent Local Radio station broadcasting from Neath. The station launched as Swansea Bay Radio on 5 November 2006 with Take That's Back for Good as the first song played.

The station plays soft adult-contemporary and easy listening music encompassing the 1970s to the present day, along with hourly local news bulletins, regular weather forecasts and travel bulletins. Bay Radio broadcasts to south-west Wales from the Kilvey Hill transmitter in Swansea and shares its studio facilities with Bridge FM and Nation Radio.

The station is owned in its entirety by Town & Country Broadcasting Ltd which also operates five other radio stations in Wales - Nation Radio, 97.1 Radio Carmarthenshire, 97.5 Scarlet FM, 102.5 Radio Pembrokeshire and 106.3 Bridge FM.
