İhsan Sabri Çağlayangil (born 1908, Istanbul – December 31, 1993, Ankara, Turkey) was a Turkish politician. He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey for three terms; 1965-1971, 1975-1977, and 1977-1978. Caglayangil was Chairman of the Senate from November 7, 1979 to September 12, 1980. He was a member of the Justice Party (Turkish: Adalet Partisi).

He was born in Istanbul in 1908. He graduated from Istanbul Erkek Lisesi. Then he entered the School of Law at Istanbul University and graduated in 1932.[1]
In 1977, he allegedly proposed to the Armenian diaspora to drop its claims pertaining to the Armenian Genocide in return for a handsome fee, according to a former Armenian Democratic Liberal Party (Ramgavar Party) official, Hayk Nakkaşyan.[2][3]
