The Český Radioklub (CRK) (in English, Czech Radio Club) is a national non-profit organization for amateur radio enthusiasts in the Czech Republic. The organization claims to have 4,100 members of which approximately 400 are shortwave listening enthusiasts. Key membership benefits of the CRK include the sponsorship of amateur radio operating awards, radio contests, and a QSL bureau for all radio amateurs in the Czech Republic. CRK offers classes for those interested in earning a Czech amateur radio license. CRK represents the interests of Czech amateur radio operators before Czech Republic and international telecommunications regulatory authorities. The CRK also supports local competitions in Amateur Radio Direction Finding as well as a national team that travels to regional and world championship events.[1] CRK is the national member society representing the Czech Republic in the International Amateur Radio Union.[2] [edit] See also[edit] References
