Île Seguin is an island on the Seine river between Boulogne-Billancourt and Sevres, in the west suburbs of Paris, France. There was once a Renault factory on the island, constructed between 1929 and 1934, that, at its peak, had 30,000 laborers. The last car from the Renault production line was a supercinq in 1992. By 2005 all the buildings had been demolished, but now the architect Jean Nouvel is leading a project to turn the islan into a cultural hub.
