Éric Anselme (born 20 May 1978 in France) is a rugby league player for Toulouse Olympique in the Co-operative Championship. He has previously played for St Gaudens and Racing Club Albi XIII in the French Rugby League Championship competition. He has also appeared for the French national side on eleven occasions.

In the early part of his career he played numerous times in the Halifax RLFC Alliance team, and made his debut in the 32-0 defeat by Paris, played in Narbonne.

Eric Anselme joined Toulouse Olympique following a loan spell at Leeds Rhinos ^[1]

He has been named in the France training squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.^[2]
