Édouard Cissé (born 30 March 1978) is a French football player.
[edit] Early LifeCissé was born in Pau, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, southwest France. [edit] CareerHe is a midfielder, 1.86 metres tall. Cissé previously played for Monaco in France and West Ham[1] in the English Premiership (where he scored once against Charlton Athletic)[2] and Paris Saint-Germain. On 28 June 2007, it was confirmed that Cissé had signed a 2 year contract (with an option of a third) with Beşiktaş J.K. of Turkey for a fee of €1.5 million per annum. He plays well with Fabian Ernst and left the club on 03 June 2009 to sign with Olympique Marseille. [edit] Honours
